List of Garden Maintenance Services

The services provided by 1st Garden Maintenance are controlled by the weather in the four seasons of the year, and some service visits are longer or shorter depending on the growth rate at the time.



Fortnightly Lawn Mowing  

Our standard lawn mowing service starts from when the grass starts growing in the February, until it stops growing at the end of November.

It includes mowing the entire lawn area, line trimming around all trees, posts, fencing, paths, drives and patios. 

We use mulching mowers as it is much healthier for the lawn, and we make sure the mower blades are alway sharpened every week so as the give your grass a good clean cut.

Fortnightly Garden Maintenance for private Houses

This service includes the following items:-

Lawn Mowing, trimming the lawn edges, and blowing cuttings off the paths.

Hedge Trimming at frequent intervals to keep them maintained to a high standard

Dead Heading of flowers at the appropriate time 

Raking over borders at frequent intervals 

Weed Control In borders

Applying weed killer to weeds in paved and hard landscaped areas

Fortnightly Garden Maintenance for Blocks of Flats

This is basically the same service as the one above for up to 25 visits per annum.
