At 1st Garden Maintenance we know that you care about how we use your information, and we appreciate you trust that we will use it carefully and sensibly. 

1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
The information we keep on an online computer system is:-
Your address details.
Your contact information (phone numbers and email address).
Information about the work we carry out for you.
Your credit card information. Once your credit card details have been entered into the system they can cannot be seen again by anyone as the data is locked down.
No information is passed to other companies, except for items mentioned below. 
We do not use cookies.

INFORMATION FROM OTHER SORCES
 We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. This will only be the same information as listed above in (1).

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
Agents. We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sub contractors, sending postal mail and e-mail, and processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Law Enforcement. If we receive a lawful court order to release account or other personal information then we will comply with the law. We will also release information when necessary to protect the life, safety or property of others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

If you are a customer we use the information we hold about you to schedule jobs and manage accounts, send you emails and information which may be of interest to you.
If you are not a customer but have contacted us in the past for an estimate to do work for you, we may use your information to contact you in the future and to send you information which may interest you, but you can request to have that information removed from our system.

3. HOW DO WE PROTECT THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using the latest technology in software, which encrypts information.
We use encryption to protect your information contained in our customer list.
We use a firewall to protect against unlawful intrusion.
We limit access to your information on a “need to know” basis.
We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
No system can guarantee absolute security, just as the finest lock can not guarantee physical security. However, we take every reasonable precaution to assure that your data is secure.
We are PCIDSS compliant.

4. DELETE YOUR INFORMATION
If we have traded with you, we will usually delete your information 6 years after the last trade, but you card payment information will be deleted from our system after you cancel the contract and the account is paid up.
If we have never traded with you, but hold information because you have requested an estimate, you may request the information to be deleted at any time.
